Client Testimonials
Absolutely the best we could have hoped for. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by nestago when we decided to place our home in their care as a short term rental. Lloyd and his team are on the spot responsive to guests and to us. They take care of everything. If you're considering short term rental for your home, you can rest assured that this team will take care of every aspect from photos, home prep, maintenance, scheduling guests, cleaning, bookkeeping and most of all, communicating with you, the homeowner. We highly recommend Lloyd and his team!
nestago was great! I was living overseas for a year, and they rented my home for me as a short-term rental. They did a great job keeping the calendar full and money in the bank! They gave me peace of mind while I was gone, knowing the home was cared for. They continued to rent it when I returned and even have a team of realtors that helped me successfully sell the home. I can't recommend nestago and their team enough!
nestago has been great to work with in managing our property! Communication is clear and they go above and beyond in treating our home as if it were their own. Takes the crazy stress away knowing our property is in their hands. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property management team! Thanks Lloyd and team!
Exceptional property management experience! The team's communication is top-notch, always keeping us informed promptly. Their professionalism shines through in every interaction, and they've handled any challenges with a proactive and transparent approach. The property is well-maintained. Financial matters are managed efficiently. Overall, a reliable and competent property management team that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!
