The outdoor space is tranquil with a private yard and patio area where you can relax in the hot tub or do some BBQing.
Welcome to our inviting home, where comfort meets style. As soon as you step inside, you'll be embraced by a calming ambiance and tasteful decor. The spacious living room, equipped with a 55" smart TV, flows seamlessly into a well-stocked kitchen, providing ample space for everyone. The master bedroom serves as a luxurious retreat, complete with a king bed, two walk-in closets, and an expansive en-suite bathroom boasting a 6ft tub - perfect for bath lovers! You can also access the tranquil backyard patio from the master bedroom, ideal for savoring a cup of coffee, grilling up a feast, or unwinding in the private hot tub. The cozy second bedroom houses a twin day bed with a trundle, conveniently located near the second full bathroom. Descend into the basement to discover a cozy entertainment hub, boasting surround sound, a 55" smart TV, and ample seating - ideal for a movie night or sports viewing party. There is also an additional queen bed downstairs for more sleeping options.

-This home is part of a unique duplex and is the back home. There are no shared walls, it is actually two homes just connected by one roof. There is also a privacy fence around the whole home.
-No pets allowed. Owner is allergic
-Guests may use the 2 car garage or park in front of the garage off the alley
Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

House was very nice. The downstairs media room was very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. The 6 ft bath tub in master bathroom was amazing. Nice to sit and relax. The hot tub was working even though it was to cold for me outside. Our grandchildren enjoyed it for about 15 mins. We have family in Colorado Springs and i will check availability here first on our next trip

Highly recommend and would 100% rent again. Great place for a family. Plenty of room. Close drive to lots of activities. Very clean and had lots of supplies that we didn’t have to purchase. The price was reasonable and worth every cent for the week. Lloyd was very responsive and helpful leading up to our trip and while staying. Place had a private garage which was a nice feature that we didn’t have to worry about street parking.

Comfy cozy relaxing home. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery store. It has all the basic necessities you will need for your stay. Hottub is awesome! No tvs in bedroom but they do have one in the living room and one downstairs in the family room. Host communicates well and respond quickly.

The amenities were awesome, the place was well stocked and perfectly located. I did want to say that the housekeeper/maid service is not doing the house justice. There was a decent amount of dust on fan blades etc. Regardless, it was a perfect vacation.
