Seeking a moose-tastic mountain escape? Settle in with nestago at Tiger Run Resort, your charming chalet oasis just 10 mins from Breckenridge & Frisco! Sip coffee on the porch, explore the Colorado Trail, and embrace the outdoors. At night, cozy up in your Rockies retreat, where nature's majesty is your only neighbor. Ta-da! You've found your home away from home!
Inside this home, you will find a comfortable and spacious, 900 sq/ft floor plan with 2 bedrooms! The master bedroom has a Queen, and bedroom two has a set of full-size bunks. Enjoy a cozy living room, for everyone to hang out and watch a movie/tv on the Smart TV or just relax. Whip up some family meals in the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of room at the dining room table and/or at the bar top, and countertop.
Enjoy the private backyard with open space to the National Forest, access the Colorado Trail, and do some hiking! The front-covered deck is a great place to have a cup of joe, gaze at the mountains, and breathe in that fresh mountain air.
Tiger Run Resort:
Tiger Run is a high-end gated RV Resort made up of tiny cabins (manufactured homes/park models), ranging from 400-900 sq/ft as well as, RVs. Enjoy a great location, just 10 minutes from the towns of Frisco or Breckenridge. After a long day of exploring, come back and enjoy the massive clubhouse with an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a game room, a fitness center, laundry, and locker rooms. This is a great, family-friendly community that everyone is sure to enjoy. The free bus, Summit Stage, has a bus stop right outside the park off Revett/Hwy 70 for easy access to town and Summit County.

-4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter
Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

Great spot between Breckenridge and Frisco with plenty of shopping and restaurants. I ran the Leadville 100 so we were about 45 minutes outside of Leadville. There is a killer trail right out the back door that connects directly to the Colorado trail with some sick switchbacks and a gnarly climb called vomit hill. The park itself is super quiet and has great amenities. I was able to take my son fishing in the river that runs through the park and the surrounding lakes. The office staff was friendly and helpful. No issues and we will look to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing. The Colorado trail right behind the chalet was a bonus. The pool and hot tub are very nice. We did our laundry at the clubhouse and they have so many machines it was quick. The residents and guests in the neighborhood were all very friendly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic. Access to the hiking trail is literally steps from the house, used it for multiple hikes. The towns nearby are popular so it's nice to stay 10 minutes away and make an easy drive into town. Will be looking to come back

Lloyd's cabin was great and provided me everything I needed. It was nestled in near a mountain and I had great privacy. I even had the opportunity to see some foxes as I left my cabin the last morning I was there. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and will stay again if I am in the area.

This is a pleasant chalet in a nice park. The view of the mountain ridge above the nearby cabins is great! The chalet is very clean and well kept, and has a good sized kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom is small but functional. The second bedroom is most appropriate for children.

The cabin and the complex it is in is awesome. Very clean and close to downtown Breckenridge. We loved the added bonus of from friendly wildlife in the area. The host were great at giving updates and communicating throughout our stay. We’ll definitely keep it in mind if we find ourselves back in Colorado.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiger Run. It was 4th of July weekend and there were events on the 3rd (a parade, bouncy houses and activities for kiddos). This added to the activities already available at Tiger Run. We enjoyed walking throughout the village, seeing a bear and two foxes, using the pool, and the playground. It was a perfect getaway for our little family (including a 4 year old). The space itself was larger than I expected. Yes, the "master" bedroom is tight, but definitely doable! Our daughter LOVED the bunk bed. We'd love to stay again!

Awesome nice little cabin, it's actually a lot more roomier then I thought it would be. Really enjoyed the location it being close to town but yet far enough to be able to see the twinkling night sky. First time being that far up high in the mountains and the morning were just perfect to sit out on the porch with a coffee and enjoy the cool breeze while looking at the mountain in the front of the cabin.

Beautiful area and fun place to stay. Right in the mountains! The space was just what we needed for the 5 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a middle schooler). The clubhouse with the pool and hot tubs were great! The game room had a variety of things but they all cost money to use. But the pool area was great for us. Tiger Run is very well kept and in a great location. Great place to stay!

We truly loved staying here! It was very homey and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home! It was very clean and well taken care of! It’s close to town! Quick access to all the restaurants, shops, groceries and snow fun! Also, owners are fast to respond and communicate with you for any questions or concerns! Cute little tiny home neighborhood! We were able to enjoy the changing colors of the aspens right in the neighborhood and access hiking from the house which was so nice. The house itself is very tiny but absolutely fit our needs! I really appreciate the baby gate as our toddler would have been a challenge to keep off of the loft stairs!!

Great stay at the cabin! Perfect location between downtown Breckenridge and downtown Frisco. Close to lots of great hikes and Lake Dillon for water activities. Cabin is nice, though not sure 900 sq ft is accurate for the usable space (loft is entirely off-limits as indicated in the listing). Living room and combined kitchen/dining are fairly spacious, and the bunkbed bedroom has room to move around, but the Queen bed bedroom is very tight - would not be appropriate for larger guests or anyone with mobility issues. Liked that the cabin was situated backing up to the national forest (some in complex are just surrounded by asphalt), but could use better outdoor amenities for the unit itself (ex: next door neighbor has a bench swing). Cabin/RV community is nice and folks were friendly. We enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub in the clubhouse, as well as having access to laundry there.

Cute place tucked away in the back of a quiet and well kept cabin/RV community. Great location for Breck or Frisco and Lake Dillon. It's tiny, but was perfect for me and my kids. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay short drive from all the happenings in Breckenridge but none of the extra wild things in the resorts. So if you want peace and not being too far from the action this is the place to be
