Our top-tier tiny home – 489 sq/ft of charm in serene Peak View Park! Gaze at Pikes Peak from your lofty perch, breathe in fresh air, and escape city chaos. Minutes from downtown Woodland Park, it's the perfect launchpad for hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and dining. Experience relaxation and rejuvenation in our quaint chalet with breathtaking views – the ultimate Colorado retreat!
Step into our welcoming abode, adorned with cozy furnishings that invite you to relax. Our living space houses a comfy sofa sleeper, ready to accommodate extra guests or support your afternoon siesta, and a flat-screen Smart TV for your entertainment. Our kitchen is a chef's delight, armed with all the essentials - stove, oven, fridge, and cookware, ready for your culinary adventures. An adjacent dining area, seating four, is perfect for savoring meals with your group. Though compact, this tiny house packs a punch with plenty of space and sleeping quarters. The snug bedroom features a queen bed, while a roomy loft boasts a plush king-size bed, complementing the sofa sleeper.
The outdoor space is easily as nice as the inside! You'll be amazed every time you step out onto the large covered deck! Enjoy the comfortable seating and the huge breathtaking views of the mountains and Pikes Peak! There is also a nice-sized fenced yard, providing a safe and secure space for your pets or children to play and explore.

-A washer and dryer are available
-Please note that if you choose to bring a furry friend (max of TWO pets), there is pet fee of $75 PER pet that is calculated into your reservation.
-Parking for 1-2 cars/ don't park next to the trailer. Park next to the truck or in front of the trailer
-There is a ring doorbell camera at the entrance of the home.
Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

Me, my husband, and friends had a great time here! located close to Walmart so that’s always a plus. Very scenic right outside of the house! Very clean too. Thanks for the great spot for our time in Colorado!

We really enjoyed staying here- the view is outstanding on the porch. Also, location!!! So many amazing things to do- Garden of the Gods, the Cog train in Manitou Springs, Broadmoor Seven Springs , and much more. Will come back.

Great place to stay for two! Was convenient having an fenced in outdoor space for our dog to safely go in and out as necessary. Close to everything that we wanted to do. The view of Pikes Peak from the porch is amazing! It was a easy and cozy place to stay for our mountain escape.

We loved staying at this Airbnb and absolutely fell in love with the balcony area! It was a very nice area and not far from Pike’s Peak, scenic drives and great food! We recommend the Rabbit Hole in Colorado Springs, but we loved short drive over. Lloyd was very responsive and helpful when it came to anything we needed! The place was quite, tucked away and such an escape from reality. We loved the view through the trees because it showed Pike’s Peak!
