This place was great for my stay. Had everything as described. Lloyd and his team are terrific hosts.

I’ve been traveling from the east coast and living in Airbnb all over the country and this one is easily my favorite so far— spacious, well-equipped, great view of the mountain, and my dog is very happy about the yard.

This is a great little place to stay. I am a travel nurse and called this my home away from home for 13 weeks. Lloyd was very helpful and responsive when I had questions or when one of the window screens needed fixing after a pretty aggressive storm. Wonderful place to stay.

Prime location and comfortable place to stay for a medium amount of time. I stayed here for an internship and it was perfect. Lloyd is a very nice and accommodating host!

Great view ...close to downtown ...

Perfect location and comfortable place to stay! We were here for a total of about 3 months. We enjoyed getting to walk to local restaurants and brew pubs and found the apartment comfortable and it suited our needs well. Also love that there are no shared walls or floors with other apartments (except for a garage underneath) so it was always quiet! The view of the front range from the apartment windows is just stunning!

This was a great little apartment. My teenage son and I spent 2 weeks there with our 2 dogs and it was very comfortable.

Great views, quick access to downtown Colorado Springs, plenty of privacy. Overall great stay!

A bit expensive for what you get but it’s a cute 1 bedroom studio. The area is very my quiet and nice views of the mountains.

Sweet little spot in the middle of the city. cool view of the mountains when outside the apartment. Host was very quick to accomodate and answer questions. had a great time!

It's quiet, except for an occasional train. Good view of front range from front window.

We had a good stay. Loved that this is a pet friendly rental. The trains in the middle of night are a bit annoying. If you need solid, reliable internet for teleworking, you may consider a hot spot. But overall I would recommend this rental!

Great little one bedroom to stay in for two people! The heated baseboards were a first for me and my husband, but they sure did warm the place up. The location is super close to downtown and only a 15-20 minute drive to anywhere else you might want to visit.
