This Mountain Retreat boasts custom features & upgrades throughout topped off by a stunning view off the back of Pikes Peak. Start your mornings with coffee on the deck, taking in the breathtaking views and Colorado Weather, and spend your afternoons exploring Florissant, hiking Pikes Peak, or discovering the attractions of neighboring cities. Whatever your plans, this hilltop retreat is the ideal home base for your adventures!

LIVING SPACE:
The great room features large windows providing maximum mountain views, an open floor plan with hardwood floors, and a corner stone clad gas fireplace! Relax in the spacious living room equipped with a large comfortable sectional and a 55" Smart TV - ready to stream Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and many more streaming apps to choose from! The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a large island making meal prep a breeze. The open staircase leads to a walkout basement that is equally impressive with 9-foot ceilings, so it certainly doesn't feel like a basement! A second Living Room can be found downstairs with another comfortable sectional, Smart TV, and DVD Player with an extensive collection of movies to choose from. A full sized washer and dryer are available as well for your convenience. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: The main level Master Bedroom suite offers a comfortable King Bed, Smart TV, with an ensuite bathroom offering a walk in shower and soaking tub!
Bedroom 2: Downstairs you will find a second King Bed with Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom contains two cozy Queen Beds, also located downstairs.
Bedroom 4: The final bedroom is located downstairs and has two Twin Beds.
We also provide a Pack-N-Play for our smallest of travelers! 

OUTDOOR LIVING:
There are stunning Pikes Peak & rock formation views from the east facing windows & the Sangre DeCristo views from the south side! Enjoy the crisp mountain air on the deck watching the sun rise over America's Mountain, complete with lounging chairs and a propane firepit to roast marshmallows – also perfect for evening gatherings under the stars! Head into the converted two-car garage and challenge your friends or family to one of the many games we have to offer. From Ping Pong, to Shuffleboard, to Foosball or Shooting Hoops - there is something for everyone to enjoy!

ITEMS TO NOTE:
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! 
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- This home has a Ring Doorbell Camera at the Front Entry
- This home does not have Central AC. At an elevation of about 9,000 the home stays pretty cool up in the mountains. There are ceiling fans and portable fans available to guest during their stay.
