Our second year in a row staying here for a conference nearby. Great location, and a wonderful house. So much better than being in a bunch of hotel rooms.

Great home, in a convenient location, at an affordable price. The home was very spacious for four people, immaculate, and comfortable. If traveling to Phoenix I’ll definitely book again, if available.

Place was as advertised, in a great neighborhood and near the airport. Pool was warm as well. Nice house!

I stayed here for my birthday trip and decided to extend my trip at the very last minute because I didn’t want to leave! Lloyd was such a great host and was very responsive! The theme for my birthday was a disco theme and there was even a disco ball installed when I walked in! This was such a perfect trip to just lounge by the pool and hang out with my friends! I would definitely stay here again!

We were so pleased with the house and pool, and it's exactly as described. We especially appreciated how well outfitted the kitchen was. Everything we needed was there, and many things we wouldn't expect for a short-term rental. We had a few incidental questions after we settled in, and Lloyd was very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

The house was great, perfect location. The kids and adults loved the outdoor spot, loungers for sun, golf/pool for all and shade for the infants. Separate living spaces made it nice for two families to have separate sleeping areas. The house had everything we needed! Thanks!

Stayed at this Airbnb for a bachelor party. Overall served our purposes very well – three bathrooms with amazing showers, more than enough beds, ridiculously well-stocked kitchen, fun pool area with multiple games available, big TVs, decent location with good amount of dining options nearby.

House was everything we expected and more! The kitchen was amazing and enjoyed the pool with the putting green in the backyard. Location was super easy to get around. Highly recommend this place for larger groups as we were easily able to fit people here for a golfing trip & spring training!

I highly recommend Lloyd’s place! Great location, convenient to airport, restaurants, golf courses and local sites. The house was clean, beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Between the pool, putting green, lawn games and the shuffle board, we were kept entertained. Lloyd was extremely responsive and provided us with all the information we needed.

We had the pleasure of staying at Lloyd's place for my bachelor party weekend during the Phoenix Open. One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. This beautiful house was well stocked with supplies, extremely clean and amenities were great. Close to the airport and walking distance from many bars/restaurants.

Lloyd was a pleasure to deal with - friendly, helpful and responsive. His house was just as depicted - clean, modern and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to recommend others to this place in the future!

overall a great stay and host was always responsive to concerns/questions! We did run into some minor issues at the house, but enjoyed our time spent in Phoenix staying at this location, and would recommend it to others.

Great place to stay, super comfortable for 10 people. The amenities were great and it was close to local shops and events in the Scottsdale area.

This house was lovely, clean, and comfortable for our group of 12 friends of 2+ decades. We could easily relax poolside, cook big dinners and brunches, and even walk to CrossFit. The house had everything we needed and then some. It has plenty of room to spread out and even for a few to disappear and work privately. It’s on a quiet street but walkable to some good restaurants and shops. Lots of easy communication from Lloyd- we felt supported for sure. Thank you!!

Simply the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. Booked for a stay with 3 of my closest friends for the Beyonce concert. We enjoyed our time in the Airbnb just as much as our time outside of the Airbnb. Great location! If you’re into coffee, there are a few walkable coffee shops on the area. Also some great food choices! If I make it to Phoenix again, this is the first place I’d look!

This place felt just like home! It looks just like the pictures on here and exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the pool and the flawless kitchen. The area was also very clean and nice for our family’s weekend trip.

This place is stunning. Great for hosting with family. Lloyd was very responsive and constantly communicating with us to make sure we have everything we needed. The house is listed to fit 12 but I think they can definitely fit more than that. The backyard has all the amenities needed for kids to play and adults as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone look for stay in Scottsdale

This was a perfect place for 2 families with kids to spend a weekend! The home is so beautifully done and has everything you need. Kitchen is well-stocked and easy to cook in. We loved the heated pool, and it has fun pool toys as well. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are luxurious! We’d love to return and absolutely recommend this home to others!

Great location. It is a perfect house for a large family or group. Plenty of common space and each bedroom is comfortable and well-appointed. The yard and games are great for all ages. A nice fire pit too. It will be even better when the pool is completed and heated. Will look forward to staying again on our next visit! The kitchen has more than enough plates/bowls/silverware for our large group. All the appliances were top-notch.

Lloyd’s property was beautiful, renovated, and clean. I had a wonderful experience staying here. There is an ample amount of towels, blankets, kitchenware, and accessories. This makes for a great getaway for large parties. Additionally, Lloyd was very pleasant as a host. He checked in on us plenty of times to make sure that everything was going great, and was very responsive to our messages if we had any concerns.
