On the main level, enjoy the sprawling, completely remodeled, modern, and open floor plan! You will be amazed by the posh finishes and cozy living room. Enjoy the tranquility of the modern fireplace while gazing out at the gorgeous Colorado Mountain range! The large island is the perfect gathering place for friends and family and the kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs; there is also a coffee bar with additional seating. The island and coffee bar have seating for 9. The living room is mesmerizing as you relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV or just relax with friends and family and take in the view! The main level also offers two cozy bedrooms. The gorgeous master bedroom features a tranquil setting you may not want to leave! There is a comfortable King bed with a Smart TV, an inviting 5-piece en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and large soaking tub as well a walk-in closet! As if this wasn't enough, enjoy private access to the side patio and the hot tub! Bedroom two is down the hall and is equipped with 2 full-sized beds and the 3/4 bathroom, with a walk-in shower off the hallway, is just across the hall. The laundry room is also found on the main level.
Now for the real fun!! Head to the large walk-out basement, equipped with all your entertainment needs! Enjoy a large open space with a wet bar, pool table, foosball, and a cozy sitting area with a large smart TV! If you need to get some work done, no worries there is a private work area/office with a desk for you to set up in! A walk-out to the back patio and pond area! There are also two more cozy bedrooms all with Queen beds, as well as a 3/4 bathroom off the hall, with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Enjoy the exterior of this home as well! The upper deck off the living room is perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The Amazing Views will take your breath away! Enjoy the outdoor living room, with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Warm up to the outdoor fireplace, enjoy a cocktail, each other's company, and all that Colorado has to offer. There is also a side patio with a hot tub, that can be accessed from either the kitchen or the master bedroom. Lloyd’s beautiful home provided a respite for my family during a difficult gathering for a memorial service at USAFA. It was a perfect space to gather and visit and for some much-needed time together with extended family.

Beautiful place, family loved the hot tub, pool table, deck area and modern feel. All the key amenities were supplied, and kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Very nice neighborhood, reasonable proximity to restaurants. About 1/2 hour to all the typical tourist sites such as Pikes Peak, Incline, GoG, etc.
Beautiful home with everything you need for a week long vacation. Great location and lots of activities when staying home.

This property worked very well for a three generation family of six. All necessities and very plentiful kitchenware/dishes were provided. Open Living room /kitchen made a good gathering place, and it was really nice to have the hot tub and game room in the evenings. Everything was clean and functional. Garage access was a winter bonus. Communications were very prompt and helpful. Thanks for a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and modern. The game room in the basement entertained the kids. The view of the mountains was beautiful. There was plenty of coffee provided and the kitchen had enough plates, bowls, cutlery to eat in. The house was easy to get to and in a quiet suburban neighborhood and close to everything.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it suited us perfectly. Lloyd was responsive to our questions, and the view from the deck was breathtaking. If it were a bit warmer we would have spent a lot of time outside. The neighborhood is amazing. Beautiful homes with friendly neighbors. The street nearby was noisy, but that also meant that we were close to restaurants, grocery stores and a Target. We went to Amy's Donuts which was nearby, and loved their donuts! We did miss having a table for us to gather round. We made do with the island and 6 chairs. Perhaps they are adding a table in the future? Beds were SO comfortable. Very firm, but all 6 of us loved it. Rain showers and bowl sinks and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The decor is simple and clean. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball in the basement. It looks like there is a waterfall, fountain and pond that would be lovely in the warmer months. Very nice landscaping. We enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located for our stay. We had a group of 5 guys… and there was plenty of space to relax after our outdoor activities around Colorado Springs. Would highly recommend this listing and would absolutely stay again.
