Great location tucked away near the middle of colorado springs. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Neighbors were quiet and friendly when we did see them!

Townhome was awesome for us as we needed a short term stay while our house was being built. There were six of us so it was cramped, but we made it work. We were able to have our animals there with no issues. Host listened to any requests or concerns we had. Location is close to shopping.It was a good experience. Would book with Lloyd again if I need to.

Lloyd’s place was great for a month long stay! The bedrooms are big, the couches are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Lloyd was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. The area is nice and located near Walmart and other shops but a bit far from downtown. I’d stay there again if I had the chance!

Lloyd’s place was great! Quiet and safe townhouse about 15min drive from downtown and 20-30min from Manitou Springs/Old Colorado City. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. He also upgraded the internet a few days into our stay which allowed my husband and I to both take our video calls without any issues (we both work remotely). We had a lovely stay, thanks for sharing your space with us, Lloyd!

Overall I would not suggest this location for anyone who needs to work from this space. It's uncomfortable, with bad cell reception or Wifi. In order to make a business calls we had to go to a parking lot 5 miles away and I had to go to coffee cafes (during COVID) and upload files because the house speed wasn't fast enough. It made for a stressful experience. The pool table is broken and furniture is uncomfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of space. The table is fairly unusable so we ended up eating most meals in the living room. There is no recycling available at the place or anywhere we could find in Colorado Springs. Managers were quick to answer and willing to help but most times there was nothing they could do.

I have stayed in a few different places over the past year and this one is by far the best! I liked the other places but this one has so much space and is a great deal. It is so clean, cozy and sunny. Lloyd's place offers great customer service too.

Great location, clean, lots of space. Extra amenities including a pool table, office, and basement hangout area. Perfect for working from home and exploring Colorado Springs!

If you have the opportunity to in Colorado Springs, book this place ASAP!The place itself it amazing! Plenty of room, we had 6 ppl and it was more than enough room for everyone! it’s bigger than the photos too!The couches and beds were so comfortable, the appliances such as heater/AC, fridge stove dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all worked perfectly.How great too that it comes with a garage and two more spaces for vehicles! It snowed during our stay so that was great to have.They provided things we needed such as soap, detergent, garbage bags, shampoo, etc. it was nice to arrive at 10pm just dying for a shower and clean clothes and to find all this great amenities already available.The location is awesome! You’re literally seconds away from Walmart, restaurants, and stores. You name ANY store or common food places, it’s within either seconds or minutes. I LOVED the location!Lloyd was great, he responded so quickly to any inquiries I had and was super kind and hospitable! I would definitely recommend this place. It was home for a month and we were sad to leave. Thanks again Lloyd!

I stayed for a month at Lloyd”s place and it was great! Very close to anything you might need (shopping, dining, etc) plus within 15-20 minutes of everything I wanted to do. The townhouse itself was super clean and had every kitchen amenity you can think of. I was super grateful of that as I do enjoy cooking. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Thank you!
