Experience tranquility and comfort at our quaint 400 sq/ft chalet, nestled in the stunning Tiger Run RV Park in Breckenridge, CO. This one-bedroom sanctuary offers the perfect respite within a peaceful, gated community. Enjoy an array of amenities at our full-service clubhouse, including an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a game room, a fitness center, and outdoor tennis courts. With picturesque hiking trails nearby, our chalet is your gateway to a rejuvenating retreat amidst nature's grandeur.
Welcome to our inviting chalet, where comfort meets convenience. It boasts a private bedroom with a queen bed, complemented by a handy futon in the living room. A full bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen are at your disposal.
The compact, yet cozy, living room is outfitted with cable TV and dedicated WiFi for your entertainment needs. After a day of mountain adventures, unwind on the covered front porch, soaking in the serene surroundings. Feel free to whip up a meal or BBQ in the open air, relishing your feast at the picnic table while basking in the majestic mountain ambiance. Your delightful alpine retreat awaits!

-The loft is not to be used for sleeping.
-No Pets allowed. Owner is allergic
-No A/C like most homes in the area. Weather is nice! Open windows!
-4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter
-Laundry is available at the community center
-You can fit 2 cars in the driveway
Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

Very cozy cabin with cool views. Loved how it was outside of the main area of town for a little more relaxed feel and a little more space with easy parking. Still just a short drive to free parking for skiing or shuttles that go near the cabin if you want to skip any driving. Overall great stay, great host, and had all of the essentials! Would definitely stay here again!

Budget Friendly. Cozy location. Close to town and yet still feel like you have your own space and the quietness. Communication with the host was thee best; responded right away. He made sure EVERYTHING was great! Definitely gave some good recommendations on where to eat!! Thanks for being the best host Loyd. #84 will always be a must when we come back

Great location and what we expected except that the loft in the photos was not available for our use. Unfortunately , that was not clear to us from the listing and we had planned on having three beds. If you select Lloyd’s place, plan on only having access to the bed in the bedroom and the futon in the living room.
