This charming 2600 sq/ft home in Colorado Springs, CO. Experience the best of both worlds, with a country-like setting yet close proximity to the city. Enjoy the tranquility of a quiet, wooded, and private neighborhood with spacious 2+ acre lots on a low-traffic private road. Keep your eyes open for mule deer, black bears, wild turkeys, and a variety of birds during your stay. Remember to admire wildlife from a distance and avoid feeding or baiting them. Explore the beauty of nature while being conveniently located just 15-20 minutes away from city attractions.
This home is a raised ranch, there are stairs from either the front entrance or the basement entrance to the main level. On the main level, you will find a spacious, open floor plan with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook up some meals. The dining table can comfortably sit up to 8 and there are 3 stools at the countertop bar/peninsula. The living room is comfortable with a Smart TV and sectional with a chaise lounge and gas fireplace. On this level, there are 3 bedrooms with a master bedroom with a King bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity. The other 2 bedrooms are cozy with one having a Queen bed and the other full/full bunk. There is also a 2nd bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.
Head to the basement where all the fun is! The basement is extremely cozy, all year round! Nice and chilly during the warm Summer months and in the Winter walk around barefoot on warm heated tile floors and cozy up to a movie around the wood stove! On this level, there is also a laundry room and 3rd bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual vanity. The main area is the game room with shuffleboard and air hockey, sure to entertain everyone for hours! There is a large sectional (also can easily be used as a bed for 1-2 people), a Sony 65" Smart TV, and various board games. There is a 4th bedroom with a day bed, consisting of a twin bed and twin trundle, a desk to work at, and a walk-out entrance with a small patio and chairs. The workout room is also in the basement! Here you will find a padded floor to exercise/stretch on, some dumbbells and yoga mats, and other accessories as well as a Smart-TV to stream some yoga or whatever you need! There is also a PELOTON Treadmill and Bike for that ultimate workout!
Head outdoors and enjoy the best of what Colorado offers nature! Listen as the wind blows through the trees and you read a book out back on the couch or under the cover of the front patio! Cozy up with friends and family and enjoy coffee or cocktails around either fireplace and watch the kids explore the area or jump on the trampoline! With 2 acres, you can hike, walk and just enjoy the great outdoors!

-During the winter months, it is recommended to have an AWD or 4-Wheel drive vehicle
-No pets allowed
-2 car garage, massive driveway, lots of room for cars to park
Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.

Our family of 5 had a great stay for our first ever trip to Colorado. Everything is just as pictured with all amenities listed. The kids enjoyed the gaming tables downstairs, we had peaceful evenings in the hot tub, and plenty of family meals in the functional kitchen. I would recommend this place for families or anyone looking to get out of the city to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We loved staying here. The house is very roomy and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful with all the trees and greenery . I loved hearing the birds and seeing the deer. The hot tub was so nice to relax in while taking in the beauty of nature. The bedrooms were room and comfortable. The game room was fun. The exercise room was a nice bonus. The laundry room was lovely but we didn't use it. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay again. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond with questions we had. I would let people know there are lots of stairs if they have any mobility issues. One suggestion would be to label where things are in the kitchen and have a binder with information about the house. Great house for a family or for relaxing. I loved that they didn't require lots of work at check out.

Had a nice quick stay! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space for our family of 6. Our 4 kids had lots of fun playing in the basement and I enjoyed the Peloton treadmill! It was nice to be able to use the garage to unload our luggage. The area is nice, quiet and mountainous, we even saw white tailed deer close to the yard. The house is still close enough to the main road which was nice. Definitely recommend!

The home is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful home! We absolutely loved the location because it was very close to the city but far enough to feel like you’re in the woods/mountains. This home has everything you could want in it for entertainment. Very beautiful, clean, spacious, and accessible. I do wish they had the peloton code in the gym for easier access. Other than that, The jacuzzi in the back was just the cherry on top. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This house is amazing! We stayed with a large family group with children. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I’ve had at an Airbnb. The location of the house is awesome. It is tucked away in a community where you feel far away, but is a short drive to everything in Colorado Springs. I communicated with Lloyd a few times and he was very nice and responded quickly! I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The location was fantastic. Outskirts of town and feels like you're way out in the woods when hottubbing. If you needed something here it was provided. Lloyd was nice and always quick to respond with any questions that we had. The house was beautiful! The beds and pillows were super comfy. I appreciated that the kitchen came stocked with everything we needed to cook a yummy meal. I brought my own seasoning to spice our lasagna, but it wasn't needed because they have everything you need in that respect as well! The whole home is cozy. And you feel like you're in your mountain retreat, but only 10 minutes away from interstate. They have tons of games and things to keep you occupied! The gym is super nice and clean. Lloyd's was one of the best airbnbs I've stayed at yet!!! :)

Great house for a family hang out, which is what we did. Very clean, with every possible amenity (from cozy blankets to a laundry basket!). Huge hangout sectionals, TVs, workout room all in great condition. Kitchen was very well equipped. Can’t think of anything we needed that we didn’t have. Outdoor space is cozy and inviting. Highly recommended for family time, girls/guys weekend, or anything where you want to feel at home.

great place to stay and close to pikes peak. the house has 3 upstairs bedrooms and 1 downstairs. the fireplace is nice but you have to know what you are doing to operate it. also park you car in the garage for safety. food is well stocked also a lot of spices which is nice because you don't have to buy it all to cook 1 meal.

It's hard to give a 5 star because there's always something that you find with the property that will not allow for a 5 star but the property was in a great location, very clean and had most of the things you would expect. A few minor glitches but nothing that was aggravating. Very nice back porch and you can literally go hiking right off of it into the hill behind the house. Communication was good. Overall very nice experience.

One of the nicest AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in! This house was so well stocked with anything and everything you could need. It truly felt like a home away from home with every applicable, utensil, and spice you could need in the kitchen, multiple plants throughout the house, a beautiful backyard area with a grill, fit pit and hot tub, plus the awesome downstairs game area and gym. If going to USAFA for any type of event, this house is the perfect place to stay since it’s ~10 minutes away.

There was plenty to keep the kids busy and the location was fantastic. Close enough to the main highway, but secluded enough for privacy. Great location to be close to Garden of the Gods and Downtown also. Highly recommended and will look to stay here on our next trip to the Springs

Wow! We were very impressed with our stay here, the photos and location was just as described and shown on the listing. The house has everything you could think of when on vacation. Communication was 10/10 via Airbnb app and text. Our family couldn’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed the house and our overall stay. The patios were amazing, hot tub was super clean and enjoyable. We will always book here for any future family vacations!

Beautiful location, felt very isolated even though it was in a neighborhood. Easy to access and the owner was very kind and responsive. All of the amenities were listed and easy to use with very clear instructions. Very grateful to Lloyd and Nestago for allowing me and my group to stay at their beautiful property.
