Nestled in the picturesque foothills of Colorado Springs, this cozy upstairs unit is a secluded retreat that offers you the ultimate Colorado Springs vacation rental experience, brought to you exclusively by nestago Rentals. Our spacious home sleeps up to 9 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or even corporate retreats. With 3 bedrooms, you'll have plenty of room to spread out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Embrace your inner lumberjack and take in the warm sunny days and fresh mountain air!  You may even see some local wildlife roaming around!  (Please be aware that the basement of the home is occupied by the home owner, there are no shared spaces or entrances)

There is a lower unit on the property that is occupied, but the home is not shared, so your peaceful getaway remains just that.

-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
