I highly recommend booking this airbnb. Everything my family needed to enjoy the weekend was provided. My dog even appreciated the dog bowls. It was spotless and clutter free making it easy to feel right at home. I’m already booking my next trip!

Really enjoyed our week long stay! The Hot tub was perfect! Hosted a football night with local family and the space perfect! The downstairs shower was really nice!!

We had a very comfortable stay! The house was close to Fort Carson which was great because my son is stationed there. There are lots of good restaurants and places to visit in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. I would stay there again

This is my second time staying here (with plenty more times planned ahead) and it’s one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! It is so clean every single time, the kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need for cooking (making traveling so much easier), the beds are comfortable, the TVs in each room are amazing!, the couch and the lounge chair are so comfortable. My favorite part is the backyard! Totally fenced in and dog friendly, an incredible back deck with patio lights at night, a firepit and a hot tub. Genuinely one of the most amazing places. Everything was taken care of so well, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand about every single aspect. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone coming through Colorado Springs! It’s in a perfect location, is a perfect spot and really has absolutely everything to have an amazing stay either by yourself or with friends! We had such a great time and can’t wait to book again for next year!

Great location, just 15 minutes from Peterson SFB. We came to see our daughter stationed there. House is clean and cozy. Comfy beds. Nice spaces for our family. Quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely fantastic stay! My husband, son, sister, and I had the most peaceful and relaxing time at this wonderful Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The towels were soft and cozy, and the bedding provided a tranquil night's sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, making meal prep a breeze. The hot tub was an amazing bonus—very well kept and added an extra layer of relaxation to our evenings. We also appreciated the washer and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. The neighborhood was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. It truly felt like a home away from home. A special shoutout to Lloyd and Nestago for being so easy to work with and promptly resolving any questions I had. Their attentiveness made our stay seamless. I will definitely book this house again when I return to visit my family in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene stay

Lloyd was very communitive. If I had questions or concerns, he responded right away. We really enjoyed the hot tub amenity, and they came to do regular maintenance. The layout of the home was a perfect fit for our family.

Overall, I had a great stay and definitely plan to rebook when I come back to Colorado Springs again in the future. A few minor issues as far as the hot tub as well as the washer & dryer but the Lloyd’s were very responsive and willing to accommodate me in whatever way they could to fix the issues. 10/10 recommendation.

The home was very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. We enjoyed the large hot tub. This was a great homebase for my visit to Fort Carson.

About an hour from Denver but 10 minutes into Colorado springs or Manitou. Place is great and hot tub is a wonderful addition. Only complain is it could use more throw blankets for downstairs and the light switches are located in strange places! That’s all no big deal tho! Loved it!

Amazing experience! The house was amazing and very spacious! The backyard was wonderful. We took our husky and she absolutely loved the free space and we enjoyed the hot tub and bbq pit! Very easy to get to surrounding restaurants and stores! Lloyd made everything from check in, to check out very simple and hassle free. Definitely will be staying again in the future!

The place was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The backyard is fenced in and has a doggy door which is a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the nice hot tub! It was easy to get around in the neighborhood and surrounding areas of Springs from there. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, used the grill on the back porch for our steak. We love that the kitchen and living area are open concept, that’s best for our family. Our toddler loved all the planes flying around, she loves airplanes! Go to the WWII museum. That place was phenomenal! Not far from the house either. The place was clean and Lloyd was wonderful to work with. He even checked on us. We hope to stay again some time, as long as it stays affordable for us. It was budget friendly this time around. Great place, highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Springs with their kiddos & dogs.

This was absolutely amazing! It had a grill, fire pit, hottub that we all used with full enjoyment! some nice perks was there’s extra towels, dispensers in the shower made it super convenient, bedding was solid, clean no issues. Kitchen was nice to cook in and hang out in, extra pots pans and utensils that Were very helpful! 5/5 stars! Very quick communication as well!

Quiet neighborhood and extremely clean home! Enough room for the 5 of us to spread out. Loved sitting on the covered deck and drinking coffee. The hot tub was very nice & clean and fire pit was wonderful at night when it had rained during the day! Quick response whenever we had a question. Definitely would stay here again!!

Great home for a get away close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Enjoyed the quietness of a neighborhood instead of the noise of the city. Home is in great condition with the only “complaint” being some of the carpet and a recliner look pretty warm, but still way better than a hotel! The only issue we had was that the listing didn’t say the bedrooms were upstairs and downstairs, not on the main floor. Fine for us and the kids (who btw loved having the basement to themselves) but my 75yr old in laws had some struggles making it up their stairs. still, Loved the house!

Place was great. Lots of room and great location. They were available to help and quickly got the handyman out when we called because the batteries were dying in the smoke detector. They had someone come right out to change the batteries

Great home for a family or a group that will be spending most of the time out of the house. Not that it is bad inside but it was crowded with 5 adults. Very clean and organized. The extra bonus was getting a chance to see aircraft from the air force base, we loved it! It is also close to the airport and the neighborhood was quiet.

Wonderful stay!! House was just as advertised. It was very clean and roomy.

Nice house on the southeast side of town. It’s about 15-20 mins from downtown and the other tourist sites. It had plenty of amenities including a garage which was nice for the hot temps. The fenced in backyard was good since we brought my dog along for the trip. Just a heads up, the yard is mostly sandy dirt so don’t go in thinking it’s grassy and soft. This was not a issue for my dog who still loved exploring the backyard and it was convenient to just let her out.

Great price and location! Perfect for touring around the neighborhood and Pikes Peak Race Way. Will consider again!

The home was so nice easy to find and so much room! Pictures really do this place no justice the hot tub was an amazing add on feature after hiking and climbing all day! The grill and patio are is phenomenal. I recommend this place and I would love to come back and visit again!!!
