Welcome to the Lil'Golden nugget, located in the charming town of Cripple Creek, Colorado! This fully furnished, mid-stay rental is the perfect home away from home for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a taste of small-town life.

The house boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious living area, providing ample space for up to 4 guests. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the bathroom is equipped with modern amenities and fresh towels.

The living area is a cozy and inviting space, complete with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

Outside, guests can enjoy a peaceful yard and a quaint front porch, with a propane grill, perfect for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. The property also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.  Need extra storage, there is a shed out back as well to store your belongings.

Located just a short walk (3 blocks) from the historic main street of Cripple Creek, guests will have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Explore the rich history of the town at the Cripple Creek Heritage Center or try your luck at one of the nearby casinos. With hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities just a short drive away, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Items to Note:
-A Signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. We will provide a link to complete the agreement once the reservation is confirmed.
-Please note that if you choose to bring a furry friend (max of TWO pets), there is pet fee of $75 PER pet that is calculated into your reservation.
-Cripple Creek is about 9400 feet above sea level, make sure to stay hydrated
-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
