Two bedrooms feature ample closet space and BRAND NEW comfortable queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom is a haven for the kids or the young at heart, boasting playful bunk beds. The well-equipped kitchen will delight the chefs in your group, allowing you to savor meals together at the dining table. Step outside to grill mouthwatering steaks or burgers, indulge in a game of bean bag toss, and gather around the cozy gas fire pit on the patio—a perfect end to your day of fun and relaxation.

-There are 2 portable AC units in the home (kitchen and master bedroom) there is no central ac

-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.

My family and I had a fantasic stay here. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen has all the essentials plus a grill to make dinner there a couple of the evenings. The house is close to downtown and many things to do, but it is not far for hiking and more outdoor activities. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Enjoyed the stay, very cute place, the yard was perfect with our little kids to play while we sat around and enjoyed the patio fire. the sofas were so comfortable, enjoyed cozied up on them and watched netflix.

This was a lovely house and had everything we needed and more to make our group of 3 feel at home. Check in and out went very smoothly thanks to Lloyd’s detailed but simple instructions! Very clean and well equipped. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking or walking. Only 15 minutes from Manitou, which was definitely a plus! Would 100% stay again if we ever find ourselves in the Colorado Springs area in the future!

The host was quick to respond to any and all questions. Instructions for check in and out were clear and simple to follow. The house is in a great tourist location. It's close to all major attractions, downtown, and grocery stores are close in proximity. The house had everything needed for a week long stay. There were plenty of towels for all 6 of us, as well hand soap in the bathroom, and a body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower nicely stocked in case you need it. The kitchen was stocked with dish soap, hand soap and a dish sponge, dishwasher pods if you need them. The washer and dryer was a huge plus for us, they also have laundry detergent and dryer sheets there for guests. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to all major attractions or downtown Colorado Springs.

We are a family of six with young kids (6yo and 17-month-old). Lloyd’s home is lovely, clean, well equipped, and centrally located. The amenities and supplies are thoughtful. We grilled a few times and cooked in a lot. It made our 2-week long trip very comfortable and feel like home. We had to reach out to Lloyd a couple of times during our stay, and he/his team responded right away. I will certainly stay here again if we are back in the area. Thank you.

My stay was excellent. The house was really lovely and Lloyd was very accommodating with all my needs while I was staying here In Colorado Springs. Thank you very much for letting me rent your AirBnB. I highly recommend this house and Nestago.
Location is everything and this house was located in the middle of everything else we had planned for the week in Colorado Springs. The host was helpful and responsive by using the chat on Airbnb and sent a few reminder messages with great timing. The house was clean and as expected. The hot tub was clean and worked great for relaxation and muscle soreness after walking around all day. We were visiting from Texas so the "no built in A/C" (as stated in the listing) was a bit different; but Colorado Springs had cool temperatures in the month of May, there was a mobile A/C unit in the main bedroom, a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom, there were several small plug in fans provided if needed, and all the windows with screens worked well for fresh air and additional ventilation as needed. Overall, this Airbnb was great and I would easily recommend this house to any of my friends or family.
