Super comfy beds, very clean, and love the location.

it was a great place to stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and heater was in point. When we were there, it got to -10 degrees yet the house felt warm and cozy. Thank you for having the garage available for us to use as it made the biggest difference in the world with the snow. We appreciate everything and wish you well. Would definitely stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained.

Great place to stay if you have a large family looking for a getaway vacation! We flew in from Texas and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Had everything we needed!

Great stay -- Lloyd's place was exactly as described. We only stayed for two nights so we didn't take advantage of the backyard, but my parents enjoyed the deck. This is our second AirBnB in Colorado Springs in the past month and both places were great. The only thing I'd mention to set expectations is that both of the houses we stayed out seemed to be slightly older but completely renovated. I only mention this so that guests aren't surprised when the exterior of the house doesn't quite match the interior pictures.

The home was just as expected. Perfect for our family trip to Colorado. The backyard trampoline was a big hit for my son and the park across the street was bonus points. The split level home made it nice to be able to have separate space when needed. The home has cute decor.

The house was great for a friends Christmas gathering.

We needed to book Lloyds last minute with our kids and Lloyd worked hard to make sure we had a clean and awesome place to stay. The place is a great place to stay with kids. The rooms are incredibly clean and spacious and the downstairs play area, not to mention the outside trampoline and play set, were a big plus. The home was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect split level home when traveling with two separate families. We each had our own living space, and bathroom. They have thought of everything from dishes, seasonings you may need in the kitchen, shampoo, to games and toys for the kids. We will be staying here again!

This house was awesome for our family of 8 ( 6adults and 2kids). There is lots of space in a beautiful little cul de sac. We especially loved the back patio with the fire pit. We spent most nights sitting out there enjoying the weather. The house also had all soap and shampoo installed in the shower. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and even has an assortment of seasonings to use. Lloyd was very responsive when I texted him and answered immediately. It is close to shopping and restaurants. In the backyard, there is a play set and trampoline. The kids loved that! The house is decorated nicely and we would definitely rent again.

Place was exactly as described. We spent a long weekend with the kids/grandkids & watched the Super Bowl. Plenty of room for all of us! Grandkids could play in the basement & backyard, having their own place to stay, shower & play. Was nice that there were some games/toys & we even used the Pack ‘n Play. Had to reach out a couple of times & host was very responsive! Close to lots of things/great location!

House is awesome, very impressed! Done many Airbnb’s, this is at top of the list. Everything needed to feel at home in every way, especially the little things. Too often rentals don’t even provide the simplest of necessities. Outstanding here! Standouts, just to name a few: fantastic taste, style, décor, paint colors, flooring, furniture; excellent use of space, efficient, comfy, practical while also being attractive and inviting; great attention to detail, providing almost everything needed, especially little things like hand soap, napkins, towels, throw blankets, all the essentials and more; porch and fireplace are awesome; TVs and entertainment subscriptions were all great; loved all the kid-friendly stuff, playroom, trampoline, playground; cleanliness top notch! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, walk to park; 10-15 mins drive to tons of shopping/restaurants; 20-30 mins to all the great attractions of Colorado and Manitou Springs. Bottom line, loved the house, great stay!

Stayed over Christmas and had a great experience. Everything was clear and as described. Very easy check out process requiring minimal tasks for us to complete compared to a lot of other places.

Loved the house. We were in town for a hockey tournament and Lloyd made us feel right at home. The house was fantastic and very spacious. We loved the back covered deck with fire place for the night time resting and relaxing.

This airbnb is the perfect place to do so many things in and around Colorado Springs. The amenities provided were top notch. The owners were not intrusive, yet available and very accommodating to any need you may have.
